A new Food Traceability Rule Training for the Food Industry manual is now available from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA). The curriculum is intended to help covered firms better understand FDA’s Food Traceability Rule, including applicable recordkeeping requirements, traceability data across the supply chain, and how to develop a Traceability Plan. The training is geared toward businesses that manufacture, process, pack, or hold foods on the Food Traceability List, as well as others involved in the food industry who may find the material useful.
